If the resonance of an audio rack can be controlled and minimized, it’s effect on the audio components it supports should be minimized. Instead of having the rack resonating at a certain frequency and transferring this resonance to the audio component, the rack should provide a stable platform without adding input to the music. Minimizing the resonances of the rack should allow the audio components to produce a more pure, less contaminated sound.

The upright supports are the reason why our racks are so popular. The uprights are made from 50-51 Grade Aluminum Tubing, making it very rigid in structure. Using Aluminum as a frame also provides a sonically stable frame providing a very low resonance frequency. The Caps and Feet are also made from machined aluminum with rubber gaskets that are installed to eliminate vibrations. Wire Management Covers are attached to the rear of the rack concealing all wires. The shelf’s are painted in a powder coated finish that provides a durable scratch resistant  surface.
